Permitting
Once the architect and engineering plans are completed, all contracts and financing approved, Hardee Construction can then apply for building permits, tap fees and utility connections. When the permits have been issued construction can begin.


Ground Breaking
Ground breaking begins after all the details and planning have been completed. Site preparation is the first step in construction.

Construction
Construction is done in a logical order of building materials. Scheduling is a very important process that begins long before ground breaking is even started. Materials have to be ordered, sub-contractors must be notified of an estimated start time, and scheduled deliveries have to be organized. A job superintent or project manager handles this. We have found that having one person as your contact minimizes the margin of error. At Hardee Construction the person you start with in helping with your design is the same person that you will work with during construction.

Interior Design Implementation
These criteria, which include paint colors, flooring options, administrative layouts, room usage layouts, and equipment placement, which are usually incorporated into the initial design will now be implemented into the building project. These details are the finishing touches on your project.

Post Construction Needs
