Consultation
Here we can give you an estimate on job cost and completion time based on your ideas and sketches. Also at this time we can help you with questions you may have on financing options, site locations, traffic counts, etc.
Preliminary Plans
Once you are satisfied with the estimated cost we can then proceed with turning your ideas into working plans. This is accomplished by our in-house design staff who will sit down with you and go through every detail of your project from site plans to paint colors. Upon completion of your preliminary plans we will then give you a contract price. This enables us to finalize financing options, and proceed with architectural drawings.
Architect Plans
Over the years we have worked with hundreds of architects in our area, some of whom we have built close working relationships with. By doing the design in-house and leaving the architect to only create the final drawing, we have been able to cut architect fees considerably. We have found many cost cutting ideas that we can pass directly onto you, saving you thousands of dollars.
Breaking Ground
Once a contract is signed and plans are completed, we can begin the actual building process. This goes very quickly due to detailed planning that we've already accomplished. There is no need to wait on the client to pick out paint colors, brick color selection, etc., because all these areas have been already addressed. Our experience enables us to determine which areas of planning and construction can be costly due to untimely decision making. By addressing these areas early on, we can save you time and money.
